Questions?
Is it free to create?
Yes. Creating and previewing is free. Digital downloads are paid (£5.99 a design, £12.99 a memory book PDF). Printed copies are bought separately on Etsy. There is no subscription.
How long are my photos stored?
Online photos and artwork are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. The Studio shows the days left and warns at 7 days or fewer. Photos needed for a pending payment are protected for up to 24 hours, or for 48 hours after payment while PDFs are prepared. Purchased PDFs stay in your account. Device copies are checked for expiry when you open a book; clear your browser's site data to remove them sooner. Save your PDF somewhere safe before photos expire.
How do I order a printed copy?
After buying your download, tap 'Order a Printed Copy on Etsy' and paste your book reference into the personalisation box. Printing and delivery are paid for separately on Etsy.
How does school fundraising work?
20% of eligible sales from families linked to a participating school goes to that school.
Can my child use it alone?
The studio is made for children aged 4–12 with a grown-up nearby. Parents control uploads, purchases and sharing.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Photos are never public, never shared with schools, and never used to train AI.
